DO YOU SHIP YOUR PARTS WORLDWIDE ?

Yes we ship parts worldwide every day. The deliveries in France are completed by TNT, the worldwide deliveries are completed by DHL, FedEx and UPS.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR PROFESSIONAL DEALERS ?

We offer professional accounts for dealers, resellers and garages. You can create this Professional account on our website simply with your company identification numbers. This professional account will be validated within 48h, then you’ll get 20% discount on all the parts we offer, and will be able to pay your orders via bank wire.

HOW TO FOLLOW THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDERED PARTS MANUFACTURING ?

In your customer space, the recap of your order indicates its status. Once it turns to “Delivery in course”, you receive an email with a delivery tracking link from the transporter within 24h, so you can follow the shipping of your parts.

WHICH VEHICLES IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENTRUST TO YOUR WORKSHOP TO GET IT MODIFIED ?

We can get custom motorcycles projects based on Triumph EFI or carburetor from 2001 (Bonneville T100 & SE, Scrambler, Thruxton, Street Twin, Bonneville T120, Thruxton 1200, Street Scrambler), Moto Guzzi (V7 I and II, V9, Griso, Bellagio) and Royal Enfield (Bullet, Classic and Continental GT). For other motorcycles, we only can offer taylor made seats work. We work only over modern motorcycles, we are not specialized in restoration projects.

For your automobile projects, we can work over any car model.  Please send an email at contact@baakmotocyclettes.com with your ideas / inspirations so we can plan a phone call and talk about the progress of your project.

HOW TO PROCEED TO SEND BACK A PART ORDERED ON YOUR WEBSITE ?

Every package includes a card that explain the procedure to send back your parts. Please contact us before you send it back. If the part is defective, the shipping costs will be at our charge. If it’s not, you must send back the part within 15 days after you received it, the shipping costs will be at your charge and we’ll reimburse the costs of the part itself.

CAN I COME AT YOUR WORKSHOP IN FRANCE AND PURCHASE BAAK PARTS DIRECTLY ON SITE ?

Our parts are mainly manufactured after order. We don’t have much parts in stock at the workshop. The best solution is to place your order online and select “Pick up my order at the workshop” when you will select your shipping option. Then we’ll manufacture your parts and send you an email when your order is ready.

HOW TO LOOK AFTER MY MOTORCYCLE LEATHER PARTS ?

Our seats are shipped with a 150 ml. leather care cream bottle. In addition, you can use grease for horses equipments (available at the horse riding department in sports stores). Our leather are organically tanned. It’s good quality enough not to get damaged by the rain or anything else over the time. Leather is a living material, it can get a patina and change its aspect over the years.

HOW TO BE SURE YOUR PARTS WILL SUIT MY MOTORCYCLE ?

Make sure to read the entire page, the compatibility is always precised. Please select only the parts registered in the category corresponding to your motorcycle. If you have a doubt, don’t hesitate to contact us at contact@baakmotocyclettes.com.

Main of our parts are developed for one specific model, are plug & play and delivered with installation instructions. Only the parts registered in the UNIVERSAL category are not designed for one specific model, you’ll need to adapt it to your motorcycle.

DO WE NEED TO PLACE A RENDEZ-VOUS TO VISIT YOUR WORKSHOP ?

The doors of our workshop are open from 10am. to 01pm. and from 02pm. to 6:30pm. on week days. We can only welcome you by appointment until September 2019. Our workshop is based at 14 rue de la Corderie 69009 LYON.

ARE BAAK PARTS APPROVED FOR ROAD USE ?

The headlights, blinkers, license plate lightning, speedometers and taillights we offer are approved or road use and CE approved. Many insurances offer custom motorcycles solutions, talk about it with your insurance to find a legal solution.

 

I LIVE OUT OF EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY, CAN I ENJOY A TAX-FREE PURCHASE AT YOUR WORKSHOP ?

BAAK Motocyclettes doesn’t offer a tax-free shopping system for customers living of our the European Economic Community and purchasing products at our workshop in France. French legislation doesn’t oblige storekeepers to offer such a duty free system. The equipments for private use vehicles (such as bike parts) are mainly excluded from this tax-free system.
