The new ride of Olivier, the BAAK motorcycles collector

Olivier is a friend of us since a long time. This Triumph Bonneville T120 Bobber is the second BAAK motorcycle he owns, and stands for the beginning of a collection he aims at growing.

We met Olivier in 2014. Back in those days, BAAK wasn’t already based in its current workshop, and he came to pickup his Moto Guzzi V7 Bobber in the basement of a house in Lyon’s suburbs. We remained in touch , until the day when he asked us to build a new motorcycle for him. The beginning of a BAAK collection ? For this second project, Olivier chose the Triumph Bonneville T120. A donor bike really different from his V7, by perfectly complementary.

The machine we built for him is a mix between tradition and modernity. It soberly combines black painting and brushed metal parts, contrasting with the strong Bobber general look. The riding position is truly different from the one of an original Triumph Bonneville T120. His wife, with whom he doesn’t share his passion for two-wheels pleasure, now hates BAAK a little more than before.

  • Mini M-Blaze pin turn signals from MotoGadget, relocated in discreet position
  • 16′ Bobber aluminium spoked wheels radiated over the original hubs
  • Bobber exhaust made out of stainless steel and aluminium
  • Air box removal kit with aluminium battery box, side covers and camembert air filters
  • Short Big Body shock absorbers co-designed with Shock Factory
  • Wide BAAK N°1 stainless steel handlebar and full long cables kit
