The Triumph Speed Twin is a revival of the model manufactured by the British firm from 1938 to 1966. A neo-classic roadster re-launched in 2019, built around the 1200cm3 engine of the new Thruxton in a more multi-purpose version with classic high handlebars. It has a double front brake discs with series ABS and a conventional type fork.
- HANDLEBARS: The Triumph Speed Twin has a Fatbar type handlebar (Ø28,6mm diameter in the clamping area) with Ø22mm diameter clip-on handlebars and controls, with an electronic Ride-by-Wire throttle. In case you have heated grips mounted on, make sure to select a pre-drilled / cut handlebar to relocate the heated grips system, or plan to do the job by yourself on a classic handlebar.
- WHEELS: The original spoked wheels of the two models have the following measurements: Front 17′ / Rear 17′.
- TURN INDICATORS: The original turn indicators provide 10W of power, you can’t fit 21W blinkers on this motorcycle.
- SHOCK ABSORBERS: All the Triumph Speed Twin 1200 models have original 380mm long shock absorbers.
