A chic backdating Bonneville for Paulo first ride

If we were told that our work would encourage motorcyclists vocations, we wouldn’t have believed it. Somehow that’s what happened to Paulo, whose BAAK’s Triumph Bonneville T100 is the first motorcycle he owns.

Paulo learnt about BAAK when he came across one of our previous builds riding in Lyon. Click! Now the project to get his driving license was in his mind. He didn’t want to start his life on two wheels like anyone, so he decided to entrust our workshop to build his first ride based on a 2018 Triumph Bonneville T100. He ordered his motorcycle even before he got his driving license so he can be sure to have a first ride with a great machine. For that project, we drew inspiration from the style of Alliance, our Triumph Bonneville side car mixing deep blue painting and brushed parts with aged brown leather. This was the perfect classic look expected by Paulo. Our goal was to purify the line of the motorcycle without making it look naked. The handcrafted aluminium side covers are the perfect example of the work of our team to give authenticity and originality back to this brand new Bonneville.

Despite his A2 driving license power restriction (47 hp. in France), the torque and softness of this Triumph engine give fantastic feelings when riding. The job done on the chassis (lowering, shock absorbers replacement, weight reduction, aluminium wheels rims, etc.) make it more punchy and more safe to ride. Paulo keeps on learning motorcycle pleasure on this unique machine we built for him. Enjoy your ride mate!
